Mission High School FFA Welders

Mission High School FFA Agricultural Mechanics and SCADE students recently competed in the Rio Grande Valley FFA welding contest held at South Texas College – Technology Campus earlier this month. This contest allowed students to test their knowledge and skills by demonstrating specific welding and blueprint reading techniques. The Senior Team Placed 4th overall and the Greenhand team place 5th overall in the event. Esai Torres and Genaro Duron both represented Mission FFA well by being high point individuals for their respective teams. Esai was the high point individual for the Greenhand Team, and Genaro was the high point individual for the Senior Team.
