Congratulations to the UIL Academic teams who competed at the La Joya Pre-District meet this weekend. Overall, the team did very well and is currently in 3rd place in the 4A division, pending results from a couple of events.
The Accounting team, led coached by Mr. R. Ocana, swept the 4A division, taking 1st place 4A division team. Individual winners included Andy Garcia -1st place winner, Diana Del Moral – 2nd place winner, Javier Navarez – 3rd place winner, Danny Garcia – 4th place winnerand Eri Longoria – 7th place winner. Luis Blanco also competed as part of the team. Excellent work from our accounting team.
