Schedule Change Request Form

Mission HS Students & Parents: We are committed to helping our students make thoughtful and informed course choices.

Although the Master Schedule is based upon student course requests, which may limit the opportunity for course changes once schedules are created, we want to reassure you that we will work diligently to ensure student success by graduating more college-bound and career-ready students, and equipping students with the social and emotional abilities they need for life and career success.

The Schedule Change Request form can be completed and turned into the Counseling Office in order for a schedule adjustment to be considered. Keep in mind that although we want your high school experience to be an AMAZING one, the following are NOT reasons to change your schedule: Student wants a different teacher; Student wants a different lunch period; Student wants to be in a class with his or her friend.
