. It was a Regional format meet with Prelims and Finals. We had 20 Athletes Rank top 8th across 22 events moving them into Finals in the afternoon. The Following are the Results from Finals.
Girls 400 Freestyle Relay – 3rd Place finish, Swimming were Hayley Garza, Edzeida Perez, Jaquelyn Seledon, and Kassandra Garza
Boys 100 Breaststroke – 2nd Place finish , Cesar Vargas
Girls 100 Breaststroke – 2nd place finish , Freshman, Hayley Garza
Girls 100 Backstroke – 2nd Place finish , Sarah Marquez
Girls 200 Freestyle Relay – 2nd Place finish, Swimming were Brianna Sosa, Sarah Marquez, Kassandra Garza, and Carina Martinez
Boys 100 Freestyle – we had 2 medalist, Freshman, Ulises Cruz coming in 3rd place over all and Sophomore, Robert Ramirez Clinching 1st Place!!
Boys 100 Butterfly – 3rd Place finish , Moseis Vela
Girls 100 Butterfly – We had 2 medalist, Brianna Sosa took 3rd place over all, and Carina Martinez reigned in a 1st place finish for the Eagles.
Boys 50 freestyle – 3rd place finish, Robert Ramirez
Boys 200 IM – 3rd place finish , Issac Espinoza
Boys 200 Medley Relay – 3rd place finish, Swimming were Jorge Lopez, Cesar Vargas, Moesis Vela, and Robert Ramirez
And in the Girls 200 Medley Relay – Our Girls Pulled off an EPIC 1st place finish beating out PSJA by eight one-hundredths of a second. IT WAS A SIGHT TO SEE! Swimming on the relay were Sarah Marquez, Hayley Garza, Brianna Sosa, and Carina Martinez.
